Updated PHP book released!

I've updated all the code to the most recent versions of PHP and JavaScript, as well as migrated to the latest version of the MySQL database. Besides the PHP and JavaScript code, this book also dives into the details of HTML and CSS to help make your websites presentable in today's browser environments. This edition also includes instructions on how to run your LAMP server in a container environment, including the popular Docker container environment. Many thanks again to the team at Wiley for allowing me the opportunity to update this book!
