Updated Python for Raspberry Pi book!

With the changes to the Raspberry Pi 2 device Christine and I decided to update our Teach Yourself Python Programming for Raspberry Pi in 24 Hours book. We've added more content to cover the changes to the Pi 2, plus fixed many of the typo's from the first edition. The Pi 2 is much more powerful than the original Pi devices, so you can do lots more things with your Python programs!
